About the role

As a trusted technical advisor within Veolia’s CSM division, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative chemical water solutions for industrial and commercial clients. Your expertise will help optimize cooling, boiler, wastewater, and membrane chem applications, ensuring high-value asset protection and enhanced energy and water sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage chemical treatment programs for Cooling, Boiler, Wastewater, and Membrane Chem Applications.

  • Conduct onsite testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to improve customer operations.

  • Execute Account Management Excellence Programs to demonstrate measurable ROI and sustainability metrics.

  • Manage a healthy sales funnel, secure recurring profitable business, and handle commercial negotiations.

  • Adhere strictly to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Technical Background - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Environmental Science, or Biology is preferred. Alternatively, 8+ years of direct industrial water treatment experience with a High School Diploma/GED.

  • Sales Track Record: 4+ years of successful technical sales or account management experience with a focus on consultative selling.

  • Field Capability: Demonstrated mechanical/electrical aptitude for monitoring water treatment equipment and instrumentation.

  • Mobility: A valid, full driver’s license (Learner’s permits/restricted classes do not qualify) and willingness to travel locally.

  • Comfort working independently in fast-paced, industrial environments.

  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
