Account Manager II – Carrier Sales (RLEC)
About the role
Sinch is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Carrier Sales team, specifically supporting Sinch’s Rural Local Exchange Carrier (RLEC) segment. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of telecom provider accounts, acting as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and representing Sinch at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of RLEC / carrier accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor—understand customer needs and align solutions
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell (voice, messaging, UCaaS, toll-free, numbering)
- Balance account management + new logo wins within a known customer base
- Represent Sinch at industry events and telecom associations
Requirements
- Experience in account management or sales
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles
- Comfortable working independently in a small, distributed team

- Telecom / carrier / wholesale experience

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position ranges $65,600 - $82,000 per year. Factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay within this range.
Schedule
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA.
