Account Manager II
About the role
Wise Foods is seeking an Account Manager II to develop all AC F&S business with key accounts to deliver growth and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will manage accounts exceeding $10M in total revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute win-win promotional programs to drive profitable volume growth across all banners.
- Engage all levels of the customer’s teams, from senior corporate leadership to divisional decision-makers, to secure support for our programs.
- Conduct joint business planning with each customer, including top-to-top meetings and regular personal sales calls.
- Effectively complete the plan-sell-execute-evaluate sales cycle for each event, collaborating with distributor partners and Arca operations associates.
- Create, communicate, and maintain plan-o-grams to drive maximum base sales growth and ensure product availability.
- Maintain frequent store visits and market tours to monitor and address issues, communicating findings and requesting action from retail teams.
- Sell directly into external and internal customers, including distributor partners and Arca operations associates, to ensure successful program execution.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and partner with current and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Basic Spanish (Level 2).
- 2 to 5 years' experience in advertising sales, across various media, general manager territory sales management, CPG company account management, or senior account manager/director of sales roles.
