Account Manager I - Exterior Services

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by providing service information and resolving service issues in a timely manner by phone and/or email.
• Manage work orders and client relationships alongside teammates and leadership, including reviewing proposals.
• Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries.
• Aid in daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers.
• Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations.
• Manage work orders, including higher visibility tasks.
• Ability to manage client calls when Account Manager II and/or Senior Account Manager are not available.
• Demonstrate higher-level output and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
