About the role

PandaDoc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the document management industry and be able to drive innovation while maintaining alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving growth
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with document management systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of web technologies and APIs
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to innovate

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
