About the role

You will build and maintain relationships with key Federal Government customers, including NASA, Defense Logistics Agency, and Department of Energy, to drive account growth.
You will partner with LGUS regions and product management to create a 5-year strategy for targeted Federal Government bids and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with key Federal Government customers
  • Partner with LGUS regions and product management to develop a 5-year strategy for targeted Federal Government bids
  • Understand government account requirements, including flow down responsibilities, FAR criteria, obligations, and Linde’s risk profile
  • Pursue and bid on Federal Government opportunities that align with Linde’s strategy and national account priorities
  • Collaborate with national and regional business development teams to expand 3-4 underrepresented, high-growth national accounts across molecules and Linde technology
  • Secure $2MM in new business within your first 24 months while strengthening high-profile national account relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, sales directors, logistics, operations, product management, and IT to support account execution and growth
  • Leverage strong communication skills, business acumen, contract review capabilities, and proficiency in Linde systems and AI-driven business intelligence tools to succeed in the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of the industrial gas industry to support account strategy, growth, and customer engagement
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze data and present insights effectively
  • At least three (3+) years of related experience to manage responsibilities, support key accounts, and drive results
  • Assess key account performance by evaluating metrics such as margin, revenue, and risk to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player, contributing to shared goals and cross-functional initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across key accounts to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships
  • Use strong communication and relationship management skills to support account development and maintain customer satisfaction

Pay

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $90,000 - $132,000.
