Account Manager, Enterprise (South East)

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise (South East) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this remote role, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the South East and serve as the primary relationship lead for key customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align solutions with client goals, strengthen retention, and uncover growth opportunities. This position is focused on strategic account management, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion in a fast-paced software environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts and build strong client relationships
• Understand each client's goals and challenges and align them with the company's solutions
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver strong client support
• Create and execute strategic account plans to improve satisfaction and retention
• Monitor industry trends and customer feedback for product improvement insights

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software sales or a SaaS environment
• Proven account management or sales experience in enterprise settings
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
