Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Employee Benefits, group insurance, or a similar field, preferably in a commercial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the social, fiscal, and legal aspects of Employee Benefits (WAP, sector plans, financing of the second pillar, Wet Verwilghen, etc.).
- Experience with complex sales cycles and negotiations at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law, insurance, or equivalent through experience.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
