Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to support our Sales team. In this role, you will work closely with Internal Sales Agents to enroll clients in the Kentucky Exchange (KYNECT) portal and ensure accurate entry of client and policy information into our CRM system. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent service and operational support to both clients and internal stakeholders.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Partner with Internal Sales Agents to successfully enroll clients through the KYNECT (Kentucky Exchange) portal
- Accurately submit and manage client enrollments in the exchange system
- Enter and maintain client and policy information within the company CRM system
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all platforms
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to Account Managers and broader team
- Aid with administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned
Compensation
The target salary for this position is $35,100 (US Dollar) annually.
About You
- Client service experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
- Producer's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appropriate licensing as required
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships (preferred)
