About the role
The Account Manager (Diagnostic Imaging Equipment/Service/Parts/Supplies) is responsible for managing relationships with key clients in the diagnostic imaging equipment, service, parts, and supplies industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diagnostic imaging sector.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product usage and maintenance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging equipment and its components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
