Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy lifecycle management.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for insurance products and client servicing processes.
- Partner with Advisors and internal teams to align client needs with carrier solutions.
- Market new business, organize underwriting data, and submit and follow up with carriers.
- Manage renewals, review coverage accuracy, and remarket accounts as needed.
- Process policy changes, proofs of insurance, and account updates in agency systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client and policy data in systems.
- Maintain claim files and provide timely updates.
- Document all client interactions and actions taken.
- Collaborate with Advisors, underwriters, and claims teams.
- Support cross-selling efforts by identifying opportunities and sharing leads.
- Support agency growth through client retention and cross-selling.
- Participate in meetings and ongoing training to stay current on industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of evolving insurance practices and compliance requirements.
- Deliver accurate, timely client service and account management outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality data and documentation standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of renewals, changes, and claims support.
- Build strong, trusted client and internal relationships.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two (2) or more years of personal insurance experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience with agency management systems (preferred).
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills (preferred).
