Account Manager - Commercial Flooring

Responsibilities

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
  • Coincordinate pricing with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
  • Communicate with general contractors regarding scope, clarifications, and bid requirements
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and job-site walkthroughs as needed
  • Scope review, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure profitable project execution

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial flooring, construction estimating, or related industry
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with estimating or construction management software
  • Knowledge of commercial flooring products

Pay

  • Base salary + commission/bonus based on gross profit
