Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and maximize value across Kaseya's solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer objectives and aligning solutions to their evolving business needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including regular outreach, business reviews, and proactive engagement to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while consistently achieving revenue objectives.
  • Monitor customer adoption and engagement, partnering with internal teams to maximize customer success and long-term value.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity using Salesforce.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in account management, new client acquisition or a relationship-focused sales role.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A motivated, resilient and coachable mindset with a passion for continuous growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling or managing B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting customers across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SLED or Channel segments.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage forecasts and account plans.
