Account Manager, Business Insurance
This job is in-person 3 days a week in either our Boston, MA or Worcester, MA offices and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our sales team, clients, and insurance carrier underwriters to grow and retain clients.
- Act as a client consultant, providing recommendations and advisory services to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
- Manage pre-renewals, renewals, and oversee ongoing service needs for clients.
- Leverage product knowledge to maintain a high service standard for various clients and their product service lines.
- Conduct in-person, Zoom, and phone meetings with clients and carriers, and maintain client information using a Sagitta CRM system.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, brokerage experience preferred.
- Experience working with clients in a variety of industries and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize deliverables and projects with competing deadlines.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and remote work.
