About the role

We're seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in Promotional Merchandising to grow and strengthen a key Fortune 500 account in the North Houston region. This role requires frequent in-person interactions and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities within a large enterprise account.
  • Build and deepen rapport with client stakeholders through face-to-face meetings and visits.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage time strategically and ensure urgent tasks don't interfere with long-term business goals.
  • Own your pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to develop and execute creative account strategies.
  • Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and continuously optimize services to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Live in the Spring, TX area and be willing to visit clients frequently.
  • Have experience in B2B sales and driving account revenue.
  • Be comfortable building trust and learning quickly within Fortune 500 environments.
  • Have a proven track record of growing accounts through strategic partnerships.
  • Have deep knowledge and experience in the promotional merchandise industry.
  • Be comfortable working in the field and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branded promotional merchandise and premium incentive gift products.
  • Previous experience selling into industries such as automotive, beverage, CPG, entertainment, financial, fitness, gaming, home improvement, hospitality, industrial equipment, medical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, retail, sports, technology, etc.
  • Ability to live within an hour's drive of Spring, TX and be available for frequent in-person meetings.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative account strategies.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000, with additional bonus incentives based on revenue growth. The final compensation will be determined based on factors including geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

Schedule

This role requires frequent in-person interactions and a willingness to travel to client locations in Spring, TX.
