Account Manager
About the role
This role is part of the Travel Guard team, which serves millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide with comprehensive travel insurance solutions and global assistance services.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow high-impact relationships with key retail partners
- Act as a trust advisor to drive account success, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic solutions, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative ideas
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
- Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
- Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth
- Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings
- Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain awareness of market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field, preferably within the travel or financial services industry
Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity
Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, results-orientated, accountable, with the ability to work independently
Qualifications

The combined salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
Pay
Compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
