What you’ll be doing
- Build and grow high-impact relationships with key retail partners while acting as a trust advisor who drives account success, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic solutions, uncover new opportunities, and deliver innovative ideas that elevate client performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations.
- Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth.
- Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings.
- Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities.
Skills and experience you’ll bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent required, a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or related field, preferably within the travel or financial services industry.
- Proven record in managing small to medium-sized accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable, with the ability to work independently.

Pay and Benefits
The combined salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility. For more information about our Total Rewards, please click here. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
