This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
- Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations
- Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth
- Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings
- Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field, preferably within the travel or financial services industry
- Proven record in managing small to medium sized accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills using a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable, with the ability to work independently

Pay
The combined salary range for this position is $65,000 to $67,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility.
