About the role
The Account Manager position at Youtech is a full-time, in-house role based in the office Monday through Friday. This role is centered around building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, managing digital marketing projects, and driving business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee the timely and effective delivery of digital marketing solutions, aligning with client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics to forecast performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to drive business expansion.
- Coordinate and manage requirements from SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Maintain a solid understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, and Digital Marketing to effectively guide and support marketing initiatives.
- Manage the creation of online advertising & marketing materials with internal designers.
- Manage the scheduling and trafficking of advertising creatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Write and edit marketing content as needed, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.
- Ensure brand management and optimization across all digital platforms.
- Develop and execute consistent messaging and brand positioning, aligning with Youtech’s strategic goals.
- Generate and implement creative ideas, contributing to innovative marketing strategies.
- Support additional projects as assigned by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience in a marketing or media environment.
- Background in performance-driven settings, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Display Advertising, and Social Media.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
- Up-to-date familiarity with media and advertising trends, ensuring a modern approach to strategies and solutions.
- Basic creative writing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas effectively and professionally.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with experience in overseeing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical aptitude, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven resilience and effectiveness in high-pressure situations, maintaining performance and composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing or media environment.
