About The Position

Whitecap Digital, LLC (“Whitecap SEO”) is a Miami-based digital marketing agency specializing in organic and paid search marketing for ecommerce brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Account Manager. This is a remote USA (or Canada) based position.

Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your account performance by ensuring client communication, project management, and campaign delivery are seamless
• Provide day-to-day support and serve as the main point of contact for all client issues
• Clearly communicate project timelines, expected deliverables, and other key project data points to clients
• Delegate and coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with internal team members
• Leverage internal resources to ensure client projects are on track to meet deadlines
• Schedule and lead client-facing meetings including kickoffs, status updates, and project reviews
• Advises clients on project timelines and performance metrics

Who You Are

You are a highly motivated, forward-thinking, organized go-getter with a passion for developing long-lasting client relationships. You have an eye for details, a knack for planning, and bring strong verbal and written communication skills to the table. You have a track record of successfully managing digital marketing projects and achieving targeted benchmarks.

Required Experience

• Prior account management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
• A deep understanding of all parts of the project management process (planning and communicating timelines, reporting, coordinating teams, presenting deliverables)
• The vision and drive to push projects to successful completion by keeping a close eye on the details and adapting your approach as needed
• Ability to anticipate client needs and respond quickly to issues/changes
• Ability to thrive as part of a small remote team while working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A clear, confident, and efficient communication style
