Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide tailored landscaping solutions to meet client requirements.
- Cook with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on account status to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape contracting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Pay
Clover offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, but actual compensation will vary depending upon new hire experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
