Account Manager

About the role

Establishes rapport with providers and ensures optimal UAS operations within the clinic. Addresses provider concerns such as customer service, billing inquiries, and general UAS service questions. Leads clinic operations including regular visits with clinic staff and providers.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and assists in overcoming challenges within the clinic.
• Implements and meets strategic goals and objectives for clinic productivity and revenue.
• Manages clinic operational metrics and reports results to leader.
• Manages direct reports, including recruitment, staffing, and training.
• Ensures coverage for all clinics in the area, supervising and overseeing assigned UAS labs.
• Manages timecard adjustments and PTO requests.
• Communicates process changes and staffing updates to physicians, clinic contacts, and CAS members.
• Attends physician orientations and partners with the sales team for high-quality implementations.
• Develops and maintains high-quality relationships with physicians and clinical staff.
• Provides leadership and facilitates individual/group success.
• Ensures a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
