Account Manager

About the role

Establishes rapport with providers and ensures optimal UAS operations within the clinic. Addresses provider concerns such as customer service, billing inquiries, and general UAS service questions. Leads clinic operations including regular visits with clinic staff and providers.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and assists in overcoming challenges within the clinic.
• Meets and exceeds strategic goals and objectives for clinic productivity and revenue.
• Manages and reports on clinic operational metrics.
• Manages direct reports, including recruitment and staffing processes.
• Ensures coverage for all clinics and supervises assigned UAS labs.
• Manages timecard adjustments and PTO requests.
• Communicates process changes and staffing updates to physicians, clinic contacts, and CAS members.
• Attends physician orientations and collaborates with the sales team for high-quality implementations.
• Develops and maintains high-quality relationships with physicians and clinical staff.
• Provides leadership and facilitates individual/group success.
• Ensures a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
