About the role
Establishes rapport with providers and ensures optimal UAS operations within the clinic.
Addresses provider concerns including customer service, billing inquiries, and general UAS service questions.
Leads clinic operations, including regular visits with clinic staff and providers.
Identifies and assists in overcoming challenges within the clinic.
Manages clinic operational metrics and reports results to their leader.
Manages direct reports, including recruitment, staffing, and training.
Ensures coverage for all clinics and manages assigned UAS labs.
Develops high-quality relationships with physicians and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Implements and meets strategic goals and objectives for clinic productivity and revenue.
- Drives performance of clinic operational metrics and reports results to leader.
- Manages timecard adjustments and PTO requests.
- Manages recruiting and staffing processes for CAS’s.
- Trains direct reports to competently and consistently follow protocols.
- Communicates process changes and staffing updates to physicians and CAS’s.
- Attends physician orientations and partners with Sales team for high-quality implementations.
- Develops succession plans and provides coaching and feedback.
- Ensures a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
