About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for shaping our Account Management function, focusing on client growth, retention, and the successful rollout and expansion of our newest product, TraildPay.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue.
- Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goals.
- Lead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycle.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role.
- Proven background in SaaS B2B companies.
- Experience in fintech, ERP, payments, accounting, or related sectors is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of complex software products and integrations, with the ability to clearly communicate their value to customers.
- A confident presenter who can handle contractual, technical, and financial solutions to both client and internal executive stakeholders.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales or renewal targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration.
- A strong collaborator who embraces growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
