Job Summary

An Account Manager (AM) is responsible for providing quarterly inspections to our existing customers to generate new orders. In most cases, the AM will be responsible for performing the labor to fulfill the order. A portion of your time will also be spent generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Possess proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Install refrigeration gaskets and other products in commercial kitchens, mostly restaurants

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience using CRM tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic handyman skills
