About the role

Swoop is seeking an Account Manager (AM), who will be a key member of our Client Services team, working closely with our advertising customers, pharma clients, and our internal Ad Operations department. The Account Manager is responsible for the successful trafficking, setup, delivery, and optimization of advertising campaigns utilizing Swoop’s proprietary data and technology platform. The AM is tasked with providing outstanding customer service to all partners, working directly with customer stakeholders and internal management daily.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharma clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sale.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and goals to offer relevant solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth.
  • Develop strategic plans for each account, collaborating with internal teams to align on client needs and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction and explore expansion.
  • Ensure pharma clients receive timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between the pharma client and internal teams.
  • Track account metrics and prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership and understand the current trends in the industry.
  • Lead contract renewal discussions and renegotiate terms as needed.
  • Ensure legal and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in the digital or programmatic advertising space in an account management or a similar role.
  • Experience managing and executing digital campaigns as lead point of contact.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including ad verification products and DSPs.
  • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Campaign Manager 360 (formerly DoubleClick Campaign Manager), DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science (IAS), Comscore, Moat Analytics, Xandr, The Trade Desk, etc. is a plus.
  • Complete understanding of product workflow to ensure on-time and accurate campaign delivery.
  • Superb organizational, analytical, project-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through with team members and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, to take ownership and accountability, and to manage expectations (internally and externally).
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration within a team.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
