Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Securitas, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts. Responsibilities include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.

You will perform a variety of management functions for assigned accounts while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordinating site needs.

• Manage security services and operations for assigned client accounts
• Provide client service and resolve issues
• Enhance and expand security services
• Develop new business opportunities
• Ensure operational effectiveness
• Prepare post orders
• Handle staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training
• Direct Security Supervisors on requirements and work priorities
• Coordinate site-specific needs

Requirements

• Experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager
