About The Role

As an Account Manager at Proxima, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI through outstanding support and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in account management, excelling at client retention, contract renewals, and revenue expansion. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and Paid Social best practices to drive measurable performance against client goals. You’ll develop and implement account strategies with a sharp commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of the Paid Social advertising landscape. Partnering closely with Sales and Media Buying teams, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage strong client relationships, balancing Paid Social advertising performance and quarterly revenue objectives
  • Own the commercial relationship with clients, prioritizing contract renewals, client retention, and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute targeted audience building strategies to increase both the quality and quantity of high-intent leads
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with Media Buying and Sales teams to create comprehensive campaign strategies across acquisition, retention, and remarketing goals
  • Track the success of campaigns using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROI, and ROAS
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client portfolios
  • Deliver regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance and ROI
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals
  • Manage and lead projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintain exceptional, supportive client relationships
