Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between our clinical team and back-office operations.
- Travel between multiple facilities within the assigned region.
- Promote and grow business by ensuring facility partners are aware of the full range of services we provide.
- Support our clinical staff and serve as a point of contact for facility administrators and leadership.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Maintain and exceed monthly growth and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted resource for our partners.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes, or long-term care is a huge plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a high-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable traveling between facilities within the region.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) required.
