What You'll Do
- Managing customer relationships and supporting spare parts and service needs related to mud pumps.
- Promoting Premium's full portfolio of products and services.
- Developing business strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
- Generating quotes and providing weekly KPI and forecast reporting.
- Coinciding with sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure exceptional support.
- Supporting safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Traveling throughout the region as needed to support customers and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
