About the role
We're hiring a Customer Success/Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic client accounts across health systems, ACOs, IPAs, and provider groups. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive and clinical leaders, guiding clients to measurable results in their value-based care programs — shared savings, RAF accuracy, HEDIS/Stars improvement — while identifying opportunities to grow the partnership. Built for someone who has lived this work operationally and now wants to guide clients to success from the outside.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience within or serving ACOs, IPAs, or health systems
- Hands-on experience with value-based care programs (MSSP/ACO, risk adjustment, HEDIS/Stars)
- A track record building trusted-advisor relationships at the executive level
- Strong data fluency across quality, coding, claims, and utilization data
