About the role

Amtech Elevator Company (part of Otis) is searching for a highly motivated Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction for all customers within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
• Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability
• Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

Requirements

• Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience
• Experience in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization

Pay

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $83,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range based on factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
