What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans designed to grow (increase market share within) assigned accounts
  • Leverage internal resources as needed and appropriate
  • Continuously consult with clients to understand current and anticipate challenges and identify opportunity for new or accretive business
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal physician recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Proactively identify risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve the issues; escalating to internal leadership as appropriate
  • Act as liaison between internal business partners such as contracts, licensing, credentialing, travel, and finance to ensure timely execution of project staffing needs
  • Conduct regularly scheduled calls with client accounts and provide status or performance updates as requested
  • Ensure client retention through delivery of a superior customer experience and accountability to defined service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business and service offerings, as well as our competitors and industry
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasts respective to key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency; propose new tools and processes
  • Attend and participate in national and regional sales meetings, conferences, and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Ability to travel; approximately 10%
