What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategic plans designed to grow (increase market share within) assigned accounts
- Leverage internal resources as needed and appropriate
- Continuously consult with clients to understand current and anticipate challenges and identify opportunity for new or accretive business
- Communicate and coordinate with internal physician recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met
- Proactively identify risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve the issues; escalating to internal leadership as appropriate
- Act as liaison between internal business partners such as contracts, licensing, credentialing, travel, and finance to ensure timely execution of project staffing needs
- Conduct regularly scheduled calls with client accounts and provide status or performance updates as requested
- Ensure client retention through delivery of a superior customer experience and accountability to defined service level agreements
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business and service offerings, as well as our competitors and industry
- Produce accurate and timely forecasts respective to key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency; propose new tools and processes
- Attend and participate in national and regional sales meetings, conferences, and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- Ability to travel; approximately 10%
