About The Role
Own the full real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from kickoff to lease execution
Serve as the primary point of contact and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients
Use Locate's AI agents to build real estate strategies, source sites, evaluate locations, and prepare recommendations
Draft and negotiate LOIs and support lease execution
Bring client and field insights back to the product team to shape how our technology evolves
Qualifications
- Real estate salesperson’s license strongly preferred; candidates without one should be prepared to obtain licensure after joining.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with enterprise account management/support
- Familiarity with presenting data driven results directly to clients
