Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or property management required.
- Proven track record in customer service required.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect rent, post payments, and manage delinquent accounts in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
- Perform regular audits of billing schedules, concessions, resident account ledgers, insurance participants, and other income charges to ensure accuracy and readiness for move-ins and renewals.
- Review, approve, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and alignment with company policy.
- Identify, propose, and implement extra income opportunities.
