Responsibilities
- Create and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders at client companies
- Run a regular cadence of business reviews and check-ins throughout the year
- Proactively identify, pitch, and close opportunities to grow each account
- Own the renewal process for your book of business
- Maintain an accurate view of your expansion pipeline and renewal outlook

- Forecast against your targets
- Meet or exceed retention and account-growth targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic client-facing roles
- A track record of identifying and closing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A scrappy, get-it-done mindset
- A data-driven approach to account management
- A proven ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity
- A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys working with clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience at a startup
- Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Experience owning renewals or an expansion quota
- Understanding of the healthcare benefits regulatory environment
