Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will increase the center’s inside sales and key accounts. Your focus will be on increasing sales, cultivating center accounts, expanding penetration into existing accounts, and creating a next-level experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products, services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
• Provide a top-tier customer experience using a consultative and problem-solving approach.
• Communicate the benefits of using AlphaGraphics products and services to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Capture customer specifications, needs, and ideas using “Job Analysis” questions and probing techniques.
• Review customer proofs, manage the proofing process, and notify customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
• Create job estimates in a timely manner, ensuring professional presentation and accuracy in pricing.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Master MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.
• Perform business development functions related to inside sales, including:
  • Assist sales rep functions and inside production when requested.
  • Follow up and manage inbound leads.
  • Follow up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailings.
  • Keep customers informed about their job’s progress through production.
  • Show proficiency in regular use of CRM tools.
  • Manage all communication methods to respond timely to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements (a plus).
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Strong analytical skills to break projects into steps or sets.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and telephone presence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
