About the role
To support and manage the client team to deliver innovative, insightful, and value-added solutions in response to their brand challenges.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts, handling requests promptly and proactively problem-solving as needed.
- Oversee internal and external project management, including timelines, status updates, meeting preparation, and supporting the client to lead on larger projects.
- Manage the client procurement process, including tracking hours, estimating costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
- Foster and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams such as Design, Strategy, New Business, and Finance.
- Gain a deep understanding of our core product and service offers in order to proactively identify new opportunities for growing existing accounts.
Requirements
- 2+ years in client services or account management within a creative, branding, advertising, or integrated marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing mid to large scale brand or campaign projects.

- Problem-Solving: Proactive in anticipating challenges, resolving issues quickly, and guiding clients through decision-making with confidence.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
- Commercial Acumen: Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and scoping; able to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with shifting priorities and diverse client needs.
Pay
$85,000–$90,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
