Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key client accounts, serving as their main point of contact and advisor.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure successful execution of client projects and campaigns.
- Monitor account performance, using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular check-ins and updates with clients, effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, highlighting EBONY's products and services.
- Lead contract negotiations and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment on deliverables and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address client needs and position EBONY as a market leader.
- Maintain accurate and UpToDate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Supervise and mentor Campaign Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful marketing campaign execution.
- Foster professional development and promote collaboration among team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or equivalent role, with a focus on large accounts.
- Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in mentoring or supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Informed about current industry trends and market conditions.
- Flexibility with prioritization and goals as roles and responsibilities may shift according to the needs of the business.
