Team Member Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
- Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with operations teams on service delivery
- Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services
- Recommend and sell additional work based on client needs and property opportunities
- Drive client retention, renewals, and overall account growth
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Generate referrals and support new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate account and activity records in CRM systems
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client service, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations
- Experience identifying opportunities and selling additional services within existing accounts
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle client concerns and navigate challenging situations professionally
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability and Achievement
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Pay
$50,000 - $95,000+ + additional company and regional incentive opportunities
