About the role

The Facility Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service, quality, and satisfaction. This position involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, assessing service strategies, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth through outstanding service delivery
• Nurture relationships with contractors and suppliers, guaranteeing quality and compliance with service agreements
• Carry out regular assessments and quality control checks, swiftly addressing any emerging issues
• Leverage City Wide's CRM system to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness
• Guide operational teams while ensuring comprehensive training and development initiatives are implemented
• Work alongside internal teams to resolve challenges and execute effective solutions
• Track client satisfaction metrics and compile detailed reports for management evaluation

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facility management or a related field
• A proven track record in client management and business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed; reliable transportation is required

Pay

Base Salary: $67,500 - $75,000
Year 1: $90,000 - $115,000 based on performance
