Job Responsibilities
- Enter new orders daily.
- Update system, production departments and the Sales Person of status of all jobs you are responsible for as needed each day.
- Process calls or emails that inquire about print quotes including submitting to Estimating the details to be quoted.
- Accumulate AA charges and record to each job using Change Orders.
- Notify all departments of changes to a job that occur after the initial posting of that job.
- Process proofs for customer and release job to plating with all approvals in place.
- Generate Purchase Orders for outside services as needed on each job.
- Receive the transactions for all Purchase Orders generated by your jobs.
- Adjust/create documentation in Pace to ensure all job costs have been captured.
- Work with estimating when revisions to a quote are needed for live jobs.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of two years Customer Service experience in the commercial print industry
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, MIS systems and similar programs
- High School diploma with strengths in mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team structured, deadline driven environment
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to details.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed
