Account Manager
About the role
This position provides solutions to enterprise accounts in the insurance and financial service industries. The role engages with enterprise prospects and current enterprise clients and is responsible for maintaining and developing quality relationships with the economic buyers and influencers of key prospects and clients. The role focuses on identifying viable opportunities and recommending solutions that build long-term renewable and profitable revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Engages with enterprise prospects and current enterprise clients
- Maintains and develops quality relationships with economic buyers and influencers
- Identifies viable opportunities and recommends solutions
- Works collaboratively across all departments (Sales, Customer Service, Business Services, Product, Marketing and Content Development)
- Forms deep relationships with key economic buyers resulting in long-term productive and profitable business relationships
- Works independently and effectively within a team environment
- Documents and displays contract negotiation experience with enterprise clients
- Successfully onboards and manages post-sale relationships with Client Success team(s)
- Exceeds sales goals and meets deadlines
- Communicates, organizes, manages time, presents, and solves problems effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three+ years of B2B/enterprise and/or B2B/national account sales experience
- Consultative solution selling experience in a business-to-business role
- Documented and displayed contract negotiation experience with enterprise clients
- Experience working with Client Success team(s) to successfully onboard and manage post sale relationship(s)
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of computers and applications including CRM, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other emerging technologies
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement

Pay
The current full-time annualized hiring range for this role is $57,700.00-$82,500.00 and does not include discretionary bonus or sales incentives, if applicable. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors.
Schedule
This position will work hybrid out of the Leawood, KS office.
