Your Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Account Leader to drive client relationships, account growth, and strategic Data, Cloud, & AI engagements across Banking & Capital Markets clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships for Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI across assigned BCM accounts.
- Build trusted executive relationships and advise clients on Data & AI transformation strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the client's data, AI, and technology landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive account growth through business development, pipeline management, and expansion of Data & AI services.
- Lead RFPs, proposals, solution development, and client presentations.
- Leverage internal offerings, accelerators, and industry solutions to deliver business value and differentiate capabilities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure successful pursuit, delivery, and account outcomes.
- Partner with Client Partners and key stakeholders to execute account strategies and achieve growth objectives.
- Establish effective governance, monitor account performance, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts.
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/GenAI, and modern cloud data platforms.
- Good domain expertise in Financial Services, Banking and capital markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving data-driven business outcomes and AI adoption.
- Experience leading large pursuits, RFPs, and complex deal cycles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling and delivering Data & AI transformation programs within Banking & Capital Markets.
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, and modern AI platforms."
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 99712 to 168716 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
