Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks
- Becoming an expert in Browsi's solutions and value proposition and effectively presenting them to publishers and monetization companies worldwide
- Building, managing, and advancing a global sales pipeline across a portfolio of prospective clients in the digital media industry
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities by staying fully immersed in the industry, tracking market trends, networking, and attending trade shows and industry events
- Managing complex sales processes from prospecting through discovery, solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
- Establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Ensuring a smooth client onboarding process and successful transition to the Account Management team following implementation and validation
- Providing timely feedback to management on performance, forecast, and pipeline, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, and share knowledge across the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales within a technology company, with proven success managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Experience selling to international clients and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience in the AdTech industry, an advantage
- B.A./B.Sc. degree
- Strong consultative selling skills and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Proactive, curious, quick learner, and able to work independently
- Ambitious, tenacious, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills in English
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Additional languages, an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-activity, performance-driven environment
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday, with availability to work US hours two days a week (12:00-9:00 PM IST)
