About the role
The Trenton Ironhawks are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Account Executive to join their Ticket Sales & Service team. This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season ticket memberships, partial plans, premium seating, and group ticket packages while delivering exemplary customer service to fans.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through the sale of full season memberships, partial season ticket plans, group ticket packages, premium seating and hospitality areas, and youth hockey programming.
- Possess a consistent schedule of outbound sales activity.
- Execute sales presentations virtually and in person.
- Meet and exceed individual and departmental revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with season ticket members, group leaders, and business clients.
- Aid in renewal campaigns and retention initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ticket products and experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Work all Ironhawks home games and select team events.
- Host clients and prospects during games.
- Aid in group experiences, fan engagement activities, and hospitality programs.
- Support ticket sales initiatives and promotional events throughout the season.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, or sports industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, team player.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
