Account Executive, SMB Team Sales
About the role
The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets. This is a true hunter role involving meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts with small and medium-sized businesses (10-299 employees).
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
- Selling to demonstrate T-Mobile’s value, recommending wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
- Negotiate and close deals, develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership.
- Participate in product training and sales meetings, create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- At least 18 years of age
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities as per the job description
Pay and Benefits
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 - $129,500, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $43,020 - $77,700
