Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Business Development in achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Possess and prospect for new potential partners to drive new partnerships
  • Grow established partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding, legal, and setup requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored media plans and proposals
  • Manage the collection of creative assets, tracking, and ad verification from clients and agency contacts
  • Oversee order creation and management
  • Process insertion orders and ensure compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to project manage all elements required for campaign execution
  • Partner with internal teams on billing reconciliation
  • Absorb and assist the sales team in upselling and renewing business

Requirements

  • Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Development experience in SMB vertical preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
