Our platform features video recommendations from a passionate community of creators and dining enthusiasts who help people find the best experiences in their area. We are a fast-moving, high-ownership team that values creativity and execution. This role is for someone who loves being out in the market, meeting business owners, and building relationships face-to-face.

What You'll Do

  • Possess and develop a pipeline through in-person outreach, scheduled meetings, referrals, and local networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and operators across your territory.
  • Conduct consultative demos and presentations showcasing how Franki helps restaurants acquire customers and drive growth.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Identify high-potential restaurant partners and build density within key neighborhoods and dining districts.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurately track activity and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and move deals through the funnel.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on deal strategy and performance improvement.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Become an expert in Franki's platform and value proposition for the hospitality industry.

You're a Good Fit If You Have...

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a field sales environment.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with a high level of energy and accountability.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face.

Bonus Points If You Have...

  • Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality businesses, or local merchants.
  • Existing relationships within the restaurant community.
  • Experience with territory-based or outside sales roles.
  • Experience working in startup environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, or technology solutions.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $130,000
  • Uncapped commission plan

  • Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
